Processing Time:
The time we need to process an item varies.
Ready to ship items ship out 1 to 3 business days after purchase date and payments have cleared.
Custom Made: Made to Order items, ship out 1 to 2 weeks after purchase date and payments have cleared.
Shipping:
We only ship to the United States and Canada.
USA Domestic Packages are shipped out through USPS First Class Mail with tracking.
Domestic packages can take from 3 to 7 business days to arrive to its destination.
International Packages are shipped out through USPS International Mail with tracking.
International packages can take from 2 weeks to 21 days to arrive to its destination.
Estimated Shipping Times:
We will do our best to ship out your items in a timely manner but cannot guarantee it.
Customs & Import Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Exchanges:
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We accept returns on unused items. Return items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
We gladly accept returns on items that arrive damaged during shipping / travel.
